SCOPE OF APPLICATION:
For the business relationship between the purchaser (hereinafter referred to as “customer”) and Montagnola Productions, only the following terms and conditions in their valid version at the time of ordering apply.
This shop is for business to customer (B2C) selling. If you want to order as a company (B2B) please check the tax rules for your country.
Please verify that import duties may apply.
The contract is concluded by accepting the order and is documented by the shipment of the goods.
The order of the goods is made by checking out in this online shop specifying the item to be ordered and the quantity, along with the customer’s delivery and billing address. After sending, we will send a confirmation email to the email address provided by the customer. This email will include the total amount including shipping and payment method details.
SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RETENTION OF OWNERSHIP:

International shipping:
Partial deliveries may occur. There are no additional shipping costs for subsequent deliveries. The delivered goods remain the property of Montagnola Productions until full payment is made.
The order will be processed promptly. The availability of individual titles is subject to change.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Private customers have the option to pay by direct debit and advance bank transfer or PayPal/credit card.
DATA PROTECTION:
All personal data required for order processing will be stored for the duration of the processing. The data necessary for order processing, such as name and address, will be passed on to the companies responsible for delivering the goods as part of the delivery process.
COMPLAINTS
Complaints can only be made within a maximum of four weeks after delivery.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You can revoke your contractual declaration within two weeks without giving reasons in written form (e.g., letter, fax, email) or by returning the goods. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the revocation or the goods in a timely manner. The revocation should be addressed to:

Consequences of Withdrawal
In the event of a valid withdrawal, both parties are obligated to return the received benefits. Goods that can be shipped in a package must be returned. You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods. Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of audio or video recordings, or software, if the delivered media have been unsealed by the consumer.
